What are the precautions for health care during pregnancy?

  In order to protect the health of mothers and babies and improve the quality of the population at birth, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Maternal and Infant Health Care emphasizes health care services during pregnancy, including hygiene, nutrition, psychology, counseling, regular prenatal checkups, prenatal diagnosis of suspected congenital or genetic fetal abnormalities and key monitoring of high-risk pregnant women and fetuses. The following are the precautions to be taken during pregnancy  1. Preventing miscarriage: Late pregnancy should avoid bathing and sexual intercourse to avoid premature birth or infection. The first trimester of pregnancy should also avoid sexual intercourse to prevent miscarriage.  2, careful use of drugs, avoid smoking, alcohol: drugs during pregnancy should be careful, especially in the early 12 weeks of pregnancy should be used with particular caution. In recent years, there have been reports of adverse effects on pregnant women and fetuses due to the following drugs: finasteride, sodium phenytoin, continuous use of caffeine, aspirin, compound muriatic acid, as well as stibene and tetracycline, etc., which should be noted.  3, pay attention to nutrition: late pregnancy should be appropriate salt, and appropriate increase in food containing calcium and iron.  4, pay attention to rest: you can participate in daily activities, but avoid excessive fatigue and heavy physical labor, pay proper attention to rest.  5, calcium supplementation: leg cramps may be caused by a lack of calcium and vitamin B, can take calcium lactate, calcium gluconate and vitamins B, D, E, etc.  6, to prevent nipple cracking: the last two months of pregnancy, should be scrubbed daily with soapy water and warm water nipples, and then coated with a layer of grease, can prevent nipple cracking when breastfeeding. If the nipple is sunken, when scrubbing can be gently pinched outward several times, so that it is prominent, in order to facilitate future breastfeeding.
