What should I do if my femoral head is necrotic and the fracture does not heal?

Extracorporeal shock wave, a new treatment method, is a new technology combining physics and medicine, which is known as a green therapy for orthopedic diseases because of its basic lack of side effects. It is known as another revolution in the treatment of orthopedic diseases. Before the advent of this method, patients diagnosed with non-healing fractures had to be operated. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy breaks this traditional concept: by placing the shock wave therapy instrument on the skin surface near the fracture, the shock wave emitted will “focus” on the fracture, which can make the fracture healing process “start again”. This miraculous effect has been fully demonstrated by the practice of our department in recent years. The extracorporeal shock wave therapy instrument can also treat the following diseases: 1. osteonecrosis: such as early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, talus necrosis, lunar osteonecrosis, etc.; 2. delayed healing and non-healing of fractures; 3. frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, heel pain, tenosynovitis, etc.
