Fusidic acid cream is used for bacterial infectious skin diseases, mainly for infections caused by gram-positive cocci, such as impetigo, onychomycosis, folliculitis, traumatic co-infections, as well as sweat glands, acne vulgaris, ulcer co-infections or eczema co-infections. The application is applied to the affected area and rubbed slowly, and if necessary, wrapped with a porous bandage, 2-3 times a day for 7 days as a course of treatment, which can be repeated if necessary. There are generally no side effects from topical application of this product, with occasional mild irritation. Treatment of deep leg ulcers may be painful but usually does not require discontinuation if an allergic reaction occurs, but this is rare and requires discontinuation. It should be noted that fusidic acid has an irritating effect on the eyes and should be avoided to be applied into the eyes as much as possible, so it is recommended to give a clear diagnosis and reasonable treatment in a hospital during normal consultation.
