What are the Early Symptoms of Parotid Cancer

Patients with parotid adenocarcinoma often present painless lumps in the early stage, and a few of them are accompanied by symptoms of local pain.
1. Lump. When patients suffer from parotid adenocarcinoma, they often have lumps under or in front of the ear, and the lumps usually grow faster.
2. Pain. When patients suffer from parotid cancer, pain may appear in the nearby areas where the lumps appear.
In addition, if parotid adenocarcinoma is not treated in time, it may invade the nerves such as glossopharyngeal nerve and mandibular nerve, which may cause choking and coughing, numbness of lips or teeth on the affected side, difficulty in opening mouth, etc. It may also cause complications such as facial paralysis and metastasis of tumor.
