A fishy smell below

The presence of a fishy odor when washing the vulva or changing underwear indicates the presence of vaginal inflammation, bacterial vaginitis or trichomoniasis. If possible, go to the gynecologist’s office for a routine leucorrhoea test with BV to determine whether there are symptoms of bacterial or trichomoniasis. Depending on the situation, we can prescribe some lotions, including vaginal plugs, to treat vaginitis, which usually takes 7-10 days for a course of treatment and will not affect your health. However, when these odors appear, early treatment is needed to avoid prolonged inflammation that can cause viral infections that can lead to cervical inflammation and upstream infections, so early medication can be of great help.
