Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is mainly composed of Cornus officinalis, cypress, ze diarrhea, poria, etc. It has the effect of nourishing yin and lowering fire (nourishing yin essence and lowering fire), and is often used in the treatment of tinnitus and spermatorrhea, yin deficiency and fire (yin essence deficiency in the body, with hyperactivity of deficiency and fire), short and red urination (urine is small in quantity and dark yellow in color), night sweating (sweating abnormally after going to sleep, and sweating stops when waking up), etc. It should be noted that patients with fever and cold should not take both.

Radix Astragali and Fructus Schisandrae Capsules is mainly composed of Radix Astragali, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Fructus Jujubae Radix, Fructus Schisandrae Radix, with the efficacy of calming the heart and tranquillizing the mind, strengthening the spleen and benefiting the vital energy, it is commonly used in the clinic for the treatment of palpitation (accelerated heartbeat often accompanied by heartburn), forgetfulness, fatigue, and spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime which is aggravated with a little movement) and other diseases caused by weakness of heart and spleen (the weakness of the heart and the spleen), deficiency of vital energy and blood.
It should be noted that it is not suitable for those with insomnia and palpitation due to phlegm-fire disturbing the heart and blood stasis obstructing the channels.
