Inflammatory infection, polypoid changes, tumor early stage and other factors are considered to be related to the peripheral mucosal elevation of the gastric fundus depressions, biopsy should be taken for pathological examination to define the treatment plan, generally based on drug treatment and surgical treatment. 1. Inflammatory infection: long-term stimulation of gastric fundus mucosa by inflammation will make the local mucosa congested and edematous, and there will be the phenomenon of elevated mucosa around the depression of gastric fundus under endoscopy. If the pathology of biopsy is inflammatory changes, anti-inflammatory and gastric mucosa protection treatment is usually the mainstay of treatment and the commonly used medications are levofloxacin, bismuth potassium citrate, etc. After oral administration, there may be headache and pain, and the patient may have a headache. There may be headache, rash, nausea, diarrhea and other adverse reactions after oral intake. 2. Polypoid changes: the mucosa at the bottom of the stomach can lead to the generation of polyps under long-term inflammation stimulation, and there will be the symptom of peripheral mucous membrane bulging under the microscope, if the pathological biopsy is polypoid changes, it can be treated by gastroscopic resection. 3. Early stage of tumor: if there are cancer cells or malignant changes in the pathological biopsy of this area, it is considered to be the early result of malignant tumor and early surgical treatment is recommended. None of the above medicines can be applied by oneself, and all of them should be applied under doctor’s guidance. If there is the symptom of elevated mucous membrane around the depression of the stomach bottom, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible and be treated under doctor’s guidance.
