Whether 1.5 cm invasive lung adenocarcinoma can be completely cleared is highly related to the stage of the disease, and it can usually be completely cleared in the early and middle stages. Invasive lung adenocarcinoma is one of the common pathological types of lung cancer, which is more common in females and can be caused by various factors such as heredity, smoking, etc. 1.5cm lung cancer can be in any of the clinical stages I~IV, and for stage I~III, i.e., early to middle stage, which has not developed distant metastasis, there is a chance of radical surgery. After surgery, adjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other therapies are usually feasible. The earlier the stage, the better the treatment effect. After active treatment, the five-year survival rate of early-stage patients is about 40%-70%. Therefore, after diagnosis, patients should cooperate with doctors for timely treatment in order to obtain a better prognosis.
