Is bouncing on both feet autism?

Bouncing on both feet does not necessarily mean autism, but some children with autism have the stereotypical behavior of bouncing on both feet. The mere presence of bouncing feet does not confirm a diagnosis of autism. Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder. The main symptoms of autism include attention deficit, stereotyped behavior, social interaction disorder, difficulty in establishing normal interpersonal relationships with others; inability to communicate normally, difficulty in understanding others’ words or expressions, inability to understand the content of language, narrow interests, stereotyped behavior, and so on. Simply bouncing on the feet does not determine autism; it could be that the child is playing. The diagnosis of autism should be made by a specialized psychiatrist, not by yourself.
