The early stage of heart failure may present with edema, dyspnea, weakness and other manifestations (signals). 1. Weakness: the early weakness of heart failure is due to the decline of the heart’s ejection function, the whole body’s circulating blood volume decreases, resulting in tissue ischemia, hypoxia, thus appearing weak, weak, and slow to rest after activities.
