What are the early signs of heart failure

The early stage of heart failure may present with edema, dyspnea, weakness and other manifestations (signals). 1. Edema: it is mainly due to cardiac insufficiency, resulting in stagnation of the body circulation, which leads to edema of the lower limbs or edema of the low-hanging parts, depression of the skin of the legs when pressed, and poor rebound, indicating progressive aggravation of heart failure. 2. Dyspnea: it is due to lung stasis and reduced cardiac output, heart failure patients often appear in the early stage of exertional dyspnea, sedentary respiration, properly relieved after resting, impaired gas exchange in the lungs, chest tightness, gasping and suffocation of the symptoms can occur. 3. Weakness: the early weakness of heart failure is due to the decline of the heart’s ejection function, the whole body’s circulating blood volume decreases, resulting in tissue ischemia, hypoxia, thus appearing weak, weak, and slow to rest after activities. If there is an early manifestation of heart failure, you should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms.
