What happens when the vaginal opening is split

When a woman has a vaginal opening tear, it is considered that the vaginal opening was torn directly by too much intercourse. In the case of women after a normal delivery, it is due to a vaginal tear caused by the fetus during delivery. The vast majority of women after a normal delivery need to have their vaginal opening sutured to avoid tearing too severely and taking too long to heal, resulting in poor wound healing. If the vaginal opening is small and bleeding is low, the vaginal opening can be disinfected routinely and allowed to heal slowly and naturally. If the tear is large and the bleeding is heavy, the vaginal opening should be closed with sutures.
