Symptoms of endometrial cancer

Endometrial cancer is a common disease among gynecological diseases and its main symptoms are as follows: 1. Vaginal bleeding: Irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menstruation is the main symptom of endometrial cancer, which is often a small to medium amount of bleeding, but rarely a large amount. Not only younger or near-menopausal patients are easily mistaken for menstrual disorders and cannot seek timely medical consultation. There are also patients with delayed menstrual cycle, but the performance is not regular. In post-menopausal patients, they mostly present with continuous or intermittent vaginal bleeding. Patients with endometrial cancer usually do not have contact bleeding. 2.Vaginal discharge of tissue: Under normal condition, our vagina will secrete leucorrhea. When the vaginal discharge is bloody, yellow or purulent, we should pay attention to it and go to hospital for examination in time. 3.Pain in lower abdomen: due to cancer and its stasis of bleeding and discharge, it stimulates irregular contraction of uterus and causes paroxysmal pain. This symptom mostly occurs in the late stage. As mentioned above, endometrial cancer does not have obvious symptoms in early stage, so it is easy to be ignored. Once symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding appear, patients should go to hospital for examination and cooperate with doctors for treatment in time.
