Exercises for pelvic repair can be done in the form of horizontal exercises and pendulum exercises.
1. Horizontal exercise

(2) Instruct the patient to take the same position, the doctor puts one hand on the right sacroiliac joint of the patient, the other hand presses the right side of the pelvis, and exerts force vertically, the back pushes forward, and the palm of the upper hand presses down, which can promote the repair of the sacroiliac joint.
2. Pendulum movement. Standing posture, body straight, hands crossed. Push the pelvis outward to the right and left side in turn, swaying left and right like a pendulum, move slowly, don’t push too hard, repeat the action 5 to 10 times, can help the pelvis back to the center, relax the tight hip joint.
