What are the symptoms of spleen deficiency in children

The spleen is the foundation of the human body. The spleen is of the earth, so it is the root. A bad spleen can directly affect other organs. A deficient spleen in a child is likely to manifest as eczema, yellow water sores, thrush, jaundice, moist hands, and other signs. It is also likely to cause constipation, diarrhea, cough, phlegm and other internal signs. A deficient spleen may lead to poor absorption and digestion and cause micronutrient deficiencies, and may lead to panic attacks, night sweats, unstable sleep, delayed growth, and in some cases, obesity. The spleen and stomach are the first systems to be stressed and tested after birth, and only when the spleen and stomach are healthy will the other systems have adequate supplies. The spleen and stomach are healthy so that the rest of the system will have adequate supplies. That is, “before the army and horses move, the food and grass are first”.
