The meaning of the word “orifice yin

There are both head and foot acupuncture points on the Shaoyang bile meridian, but their exact locations are different.

The head qiao yin point is one of the meridian points of the foot Shaoyang bile meridian, and its exact location is on the head, behind and above the mastoid process behind the ear, at the intersection of the upper 2/3 and the lower 1/3 of the curved line from the tianchong (straight up from the back edge of the root of the ear, and 2 inches into the hairline) to the wanjiao (in the lower back indentation of the mastoid process behind the ear). This point can be used to treat tinnitus, deafness, headache, vertigo and other conditions.

The Foot Orchid Yin Point, also one of the meridian points of the Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, is precisely located at the toe, lateral to the terminal section of the 4th toe, 0.1 inch behind the lateral side of the root angle of the toenail. This point can be used for treating headache, tinnitus, redness and swelling of the eyes, chest and hypochondriac pain, and swelling and pain of the tarsus (dorsum of the foot).

If the patient has the above discomfort, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time, if acupuncture operation is needed, it should be operated by professional Chinese medicine practitioners, do not operate without authorization!
