Best time to massage Neiguan point

Neiguan acupoint massage can usually be performed at any time after the onset of a related condition, and there is no such thing as the best time to massage.
Neiguan point is an acupoint on the hand syncope pericardium meridian, in the anterior region of the forearm, 2 inches above the transverse stripe on the distal part of the palm side of the wrist, between the tendon of the palmaris longus muscle and the tendon of the radial flexor carpi radialis muscle.
Neiguan can be used to treat localized contractural pain; it can be used to treat cardiac disorders such as chest tightness, heart pain, tachycardia, bradycardia, etc.; it can be used to treat gastric disorders such as vomiting, eructation (hiccups), gastric pain, etc.; it can be used to treat mental disorders such as depressions, insomnia, epilepsy and epilepsy; and it can be used to treat strokes and hemiplegia.
Patients who meet the above conditions can have standardized massage on Neiguan acupoints at any time. However, for patients with acute localized injuries, massage is not allowed. Care should also be taken not to exert excessive force, so as not to cause local injury.
