Interstitial amyloidosis refers to degenerative changes in the interstitium of the vocal polyp, leading to deposition of amyloid, resulting in gradual failure of the vocal polyp. The main deposit is amyloid material, can damage the normal tissue function of the vocal folds, is a benign proliferative lesion, but this situation is not too worried, can be surgically removed.
