Drinking beverages without drinking water is more harmful, may increase the risk of dental caries, overweight and obesity, blood sugar and lipid abnormalities.
1. Dental caries: drinking fruit juice, carbonated beverages, if you do not pay attention to oral hygiene may lead to bacterial growth and further damage to the teeth.
