The Yin Stilts Vessel starts at the back of the Foot Boat Bone and ends at the Inner Canthus of the Eye, and can treat excessive sleepiness and retention of urine (dribbling or inability to urinate).
The Yin Stilt Vessel starts at the back of the Foot Boat Bone, at the Shao Hai point below the inner ankle, travels straight up above the inner ankle, follows the inner side of the calf and thigh, passes through the yin area, continues up along the inner side of the abdomen and chest, enters the supraclavicular fossa, travels to the Ren Ying point, crosses the zygomatic area, and arrives at the inner canthus of the eye, where it meets with the Yang Stilt Vessel and the Foot Solar Bladder Meridian.
The Yin Stilts Vessel can treat retention of urine, excessive sleepiness, and conditions in which the limb meridians appear to be slowed down by Yang and anxious by Yin.
Please do not perform needling or other operations on the acupuncture points by yourself to avoid risks, and if you feel unwell, it is recommended that you visit a hospital.
