Colorectal cancer is triggered by three reasons

Diet is a very important factor in the development of colorectal cancer, especially the “three highs and one low” diet, which is high in fat, high in protein (red meat, i.e. pork, lamb and beef), high in sugar and low in fiber. There is also the love of barbecue, fried and baked foods such as braised fish. The United States once had a very high incidence of intestinal cancer, and high-fat, protein Western diet is closely related. But later, with diet adjustment and active exercise, the incidence rate went down again. Diet high in sugar is also closely related to the incidence of bowel cancer. 2. Encourage good exercise habits. Research data shows that “sitting still without working”, i.e. not exercising for a long time, is an important reason for the increased incidence of intestinal cancer. Walking and cycling are all exercises. 3.Living habits of staying up late and sleeping irregularly will also increase the incidence of bowel cancer. Another important point of prevention is to pay attention to precancerous lesions. Intestinal adenoma, intestinal polyp and ulcer should be paid attention to. Especially adenomas and polyps. Although it is a long process from intestinal adenomas and polyps to intestinal cancer, even it takes seven or eight years, it is a clear precancerous lesion, so polyps and adenomas should be cut when found.
