What are the causes of morning cough

Morning cough may be related to physiologic causes such as cold air irritation or respiratory diseases such as acute pharyngitis, acute bronchitis and pneumonia.
1. Physiological causes. When the pharynx is stimulated by cold air, dust, irritating gases and other stimuli in the morning, it can cause morning cough, which can be restored to normal by moving away from the stimuli.
2. Pathologic causes.
