Quick relief for sore soles of feet

There is no such thing as quick relief of sore feet clinically. Plantar soreness may be caused by overwork, trauma, plantar fasciitis, etc. Patients can get relief through adequate rest and proper stretching, debridement and medication.
1. Overexertion: Usually, patients do strenuous exercise, which can easily lead to the accumulation of lactic acid in the plantar muscles, thus causing plantar soreness. Usually patients can get relief after sufficient rest and proper stretching.
2. Trauma: Usually after acute injury, patients need to apply ice packs within 72 hours and localized heat packs after 72 hours. If there is a wound, it should be treated promptly and X-ray examination should be performed to exclude fracture.
3. Plantar fasciitis: generally repeated wear and tear of the plantar fascia can lead to aseptic inflammation, patients can take anti-inflammatory pain medication under the guidance of the doctor to relieve, such as ibuprofen, celecoxib and so on.
