Sodium Vitex (Alendronate Sodium Vitamin D3 Tablets) is not recommended for daily consumption at the age of 45.The drug increases bone mass and is mainly taken by patients with osteoporosis. The drug is indicated for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women to increase bone mass and reduce the incidence of fractures, including hip and vertebral fractures (vertebral compression fractures). It is also used to treat osteoporosis in men to increase bone mass. The medication includes alendronate, which inhibits osteoclast activity and reduces bone turnover, and vitamin D3, which promotes intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorus to increase bone mass. Do not take this medication for the time being if you have any of the following conditions: esophageal abnormalities that cause delayed emptying of the esophagus, such as narrowing or flaccid inability of the esophagus; people who are unable to stand or sit upright for at least 30 minutes; hypocalcemia; and people who are allergic to any of the ingredients of this product. The drug should be taken in consultation with a doctor and it is recommended to avoid taking it on your own.
