How to stop hemorrhage after delivery

In case of hemorrhage after delivery, the cause of bleeding should be identified quickly and effective measures should be taken to stop the bleeding according to the results of the examination. If the hemorrhage is caused by weak contraction of the uterus, we should give effective treatment with uterine constrictor, or even give strong uterine contraction drugs, such as intramuscular injection of Anrelix, or even massage the uterus to make the uterus contract effectively and achieve the purpose of hemostasis. If the hemorrhage is caused by retained placenta, measures such as manual removal of placenta or uterine evacuation can be given to stop the bleeding, and hemostatic drugs or even treatment to correct anemia can be given. If the bleeding is caused by laceration of the birth canal or other causes, the soft birth canal should be sutured quickly to stop the bleeding. If the bleeding is caused by clotting function, clotting factors should be replenished quickly to achieve rapid hemostasis, and blood transfusion should be given quickly to correct anemia if the bleeding is heavy.
