There are more diseases that cause back pain in clinical practice, and the back has a wide range. The diseases or organs corresponding to pain in different areas, and the said reflex zones are also different. Take a few common diseases in the clinic as an example, if the pain is obvious in the upper part of the back, that is, the inner part of the scapular region, it may be due to muscle strain in the cervical collar, or a herniated cervical disc, which causes pain in this region. If the pain is in the middle of the back, it is mostly due to muscle strain or inflammation of the fascia caused by overexertion, which in turn causes soreness and pain. If the pain is due to soreness, swelling or colic in the lower rib cage and paraspinal region, it may be due to pain caused by urinary stones. If there is stabbing pain or radiating pain in the lower back, it may be due to lumbar disc herniation and pain caused by compression of nerves.
