Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage II generally refers to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage II, and patients need to actively adopt radiotherapy, drugs and surgery for treatment. 1. Radiotherapy: radiotherapy is the main means of clinical treatment for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage II. First of all, patients can follow the doctor’s instruction to use cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, with rituximab or prednisone to carry out combined chemotherapy, and the combination of rituximab is known as the R-CHOP chemotherapy program and the combination of prednisone is known as the CHOP chemotherapy program, both of which are clinical treatments for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Both of these chemotherapy regimens are the standard clinical treatment for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Secondly, the cancer cells of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma are sensitive to radiation, so patients can destroy the tumor cells in the body through radiation therapy to slow down the development of the disease and play the purpose of auxiliary treatment. 2. Drug therapy: besides radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients can also use drugs such as ibrutinib and rituximab for molecular target therapy under the guidance of doctors, which can identify B lymphocytes in the body of patients, inhibit the survival of the tumor, and control the development of patients’ condition. 3. Surgery: For patients with refractory and aggressive lymphoma whose condition still recurs after the above treatment, they can be treated by tumor resection surgery or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and other surgical treatments. Stage II non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma belongs to low to medium risk stage in clinic, and the 5-year survival rate of patients after active treatment is about 50%, so it is recommended that patients should be treated as early as possible after diagnosis to avoid delaying the condition.
