Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol is generally not to be used when the wound is bleeding.
Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol is mainly used for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis (promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis in the body), reducing swelling and relieving pain (eliminating swelling and pain). It is mainly suitable for wound treatment of closed wounds, while phenomena like bleeding wounds are usually present in open wounds, so it is not suitable for using Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol.
It can be used if there are symptoms of localized swelling and pain, as long as there is no bleeding and obvious wounds. If the wound is obvious, Yunnan Baiyao powder can be used for treatment, but must pay attention to wound disinfection to prevent stop wound infection.
Very few patients will develop allergic drug rash after using Yunnan Baiyao, which is clinically manifested as rash, itching, skin flushing and so on. The drug is prohibited for pregnant women; alcohol allergy is prohibited; the product is prohibited for those who are allergic to it; the skin and mucous membranes are prohibited for those who are broken and suppurating; internal use is prohibited.
The use of Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol is not recommended in the case of obvious bleeding wounds. Patients should go to regular hospitals for disinfection and bandaging treatment, and the drug should be applied under the guidance of doctors.
