The main ingredient of Jin Shui Bao is fermented Cordyceps powder, also known as Cordyceps sinensis. At present, it is mainly used to assist in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, chronic bronchitis and liver cirrhosis, which can significantly improve patients’ symptoms such as decreased immunity, lung and kidney deficiency, decreased energy, fatigue, insomnia and forgetfulness. The conventional usage of Jin Shui Bao Xi is to take it orally. Because it is a proprietary Chinese medicine, it is slow to work and must be taken for at least 1 month to have an effect. Patients are advised to take it for more than 3-6 months as prescribed by their doctors.
