Simeglutide is generically known as Simeglutide Injection, and there are currently no contraindications to the drug for patients with hypotension, so patients with hypotension can generally use it as prescribed by their doctor.
1. Simeglutide Injection is a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1) agonist for adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have poor glycemic control despite treatment with metformin and/or sulfonylureas on the basis of dietary control and exercise; as well as for the reduction of the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with concomitant cardiovascular disease.
2. It is mainly prohibited for those who are allergic to the active ingredient of the product or any excipients in the product; prohibited for patients with personal past medical history or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or type 2 multiple endocrine neoplasia syndromes; prohibited for pregnant and lactating women; so patients with low blood pressure can generally be used in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
If there is a need for medication, please use it under the guidance of a doctor, do not use it blindly on your own.
