Which location of moxibustion can drain dampness

Acupuncture and moxibustion of the Foot Sanli, Fenglong and Yinlingquan points can dispel dampness.
The Foot Sanli point is an acupoint of the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, which is located in the lower leg, 3 inches below the eye of the outer knee and 1 transverse finger outside the anterior ridge of the tibia. This point is able to treat stomach disorders such as diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain and vomiting. Dampness easily damages yang qi and easily traps the spleen and stomach, resulting in diarrhea and abdominal pain. Acupuncture and moxibustion of the foot Sanli can effectively relieve these types of symptoms.
Fenglong is on the anterior lateral side of the calf, 8 inches above the tip of the external ankle, at the outer edge of the anterior tibialis muscle. The main effect of this point is to dispel dampness and resolve phlegm, which can treat headache and dizziness; cough and phlegm; epilepsy, epilepsy, lower limb impotence and paralysis (weakness, numbness and pain in the lower limbs), swelling and pain, and other diseases.
Yinlingquan is an acupoint of the Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, on the inner side of the lower leg, at the lower edge of the medial condyle of the tibia bone, which can treat diseases such as abdominal distension, diarrhea, edema, dysuria (unruly urination), and enuresis. The main function of this point is to strengthen the spleen and dissolve dampness, which is an important point for dispelling dampness.
Moxibustion should be operated under the guidance of a professional physician, and should never be operated privately to avoid causing damage to the organism.
