Treatment of endothelial thickening

There are three main treatments for endometrial thickening as follows: 1. For recent endometrial thickening, dynamic observation can be made if the thickening is relatively mild, and the endometrial thickening will be significantly reduced after the next menstrual period; 2. If necessary, pathological examination should be performed to rule out the occurrence of endometrial cancer. The normal thickness of the endometrium is about 8-12 mm, usually we should pay attention to the dynamic ultrasound examination of the uterine adnexa to clarify the thickness of the endometrium. It is important to reduce the intake of food or drugs containing estrogen and to keep the perineum clean and dry.
