Symptoms of bone cancer hours before death

Bone cancer is generally categorized into primary bone cancer and secondary bone cancer. Generally speaking, a few hours before death, the patient may have already had extensive spread and metastasis, and the cause of death is more due to the failure of vital organs, so the symptoms are related to the site of metastasis. Bone cancer causes pathologic fracture, and the symptoms of severe pain will appear. Primary bone cancer may have multiple metastases, lung metastases may have symptoms such as gradual increase of hemoptysis, severe chest tightness, dyspnea, etc. Liver metastases may have symptoms such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, jaundice, etc. Brain metastases may cause symptoms of increased intracranial pressure, mainly nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, etc. Secondary bone cancer, besides the primary bone cancer, may also cause symptoms such as severe pain, abdominal pain and jaundice. Secondary bone cancer has symptoms of the primary lesion in addition to these symptoms of primary bone cancer.
