What’s with the constant burning in my chest?

Physiological factors: when eating too spicy and stimulating food, such as chili peppers, peppercorns, etc., will cause stimulation of the esophageal mucosa and gastric mucosa, triggering the symptoms of burning in the chest. 2. Pathologic factors (1) Reflux esophagitis: The esophagus can be caused by abnormal esophageal sphincter and reflux due to decreased anti-reflux function and abnormal esophageal sensation.
