Cervical lesions are clinically divided, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, fear of cancer, according to the severity of cancer or not, divided into three levels, called cervical lesions intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1, grade 2, grade 3, abbreviated as CIN1, CIN2, CIN3, the pathological basis of such a division. Cervical epithelium from this is the top, near the lower part of the body, if the lower 1/3 within the cervical epithelium is called CIN grade 1, the lower 2/3 is called CIN grade 2, and the whole epithelium is infected is called CIN grade 3. The nucleus of the infected squamous epithelial cells becomes less normal, the nucleus enlarges and the morphology becomes abnormal, it is called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, the degree of heterogeneity of the nucleus is afraid to develop in the direction of cervical cancer, that’s how it is graded, CIN grade 1 is a relatively light stage, CIN grade 3 is more serious, even when the gland is involved, the degree of lesion may be deeper, the clinical management should be deeper to deal with. Cervical lesions are classified as CIN grade 1, grade 2, and grade 3, and each grade may involve involvement of the gland, CIN grade 1 may also involve the gland, grade 2 may also involve the gland, and CIN grade 3 may also involve the gland. There are many glands in the epithelium of the cervical ducts, and grade 1, grade 2, and grade 3 lesions can occur in the glands. The closer the grade 3 lesions are, the more likely cancer will occur, so grade 1 is relatively light, while grade 3 is relatively heavy.
