Unhealthy spine, what are the signs?

Although chiropractors need years of training and experience in sophisticated analysis techniques to detect subluxations, you can still determine if your spine is healthy by following some simple checks against it. 1. If your heels are often worn high or low. This is usually due to inequality in the length of the legs or an imbalance of pressure along the long axis of the spine. 2. You are unable to complete very comfortable deep and long breaths. Breathing, health, spinal health and vitality are closely interconnected. 3. Your jaw makes a “clicking” sound when you move it. Mostly caused by a subluxation of the neck or hip joint. 4, Your neck, back or more joints will make a popping sound. This is usually due to your spinal joints being locked or jammed. 5. Your head or hips cannot twist or rotate the same angle to either side easily. The range of motion is gradually decreasing. 6.You often feel fatigued. An unbalanced spine drains your energy. 7. You can’t concentrate well mentally. Because the spine subluxation will affect the brain health. 8, You have a weak resistance to disease. Spinal subluxation can affect your neuroendocrine system. The neuroendocrine system plays an important role in fighting diseases and preventing infections. 9, Your feet spread outward when you walk on your toes. As long as you do not intentionally change the words, this test experiment is easy to complete. While you are walking, pay attention to your feet. Are they both pointing forward? Or has one foot splayed inward or outward? Or both? Foot adduction may be a sign of a problem with the lower spine or hip, or an imbalance of pressure in the head and neck, or at the base of the skull. 10. Appear to have one leg shorter than the other. Without taking off your shoes, lie down and have a person stand behind you, gently pull your heel straight along your body and observe your foot. One leg (usually the right side) will appear 1/8 to 1 inch shorter than the other compared to the position of the heel. (Measure the short leg, record its length, and show it to your chiropractor. 11. You have bad posture. With your feet apart and standing shoulder-width apart in battle, your weight should be equally distributed between the two feet. If not, this is the best proof that your spine or head and hips are not on the centerline of your body. 12. You have headaches or pain in your neck, lower back, back and soft tissue pain in your muscles or joints. This is usually a signal of having a subluxation of the spine. 13.You have a constant sense of tension and pressure, especially in the muscles and joints with a feeling of tightness. Usually the muscles are affected by subluxation of the spine. 14.You feel stiffness and discomfort in the back and neck. The stiffness and discomfort may be a sign of spinal subluxation. 15. You feel only mild discomfort, but you are not in good health. Spinal subluxation can affect your overall health.
