There are several possible reasons for urinating white liquid: First, men with prostatitis can have white viscous-like liquid, mostly prostate fluid, at the beginning of urination or at the end of urination. The patient can be accompanied by symptoms of frequent urination, urinary urgency, painful urination, and can be accompanied by symptoms of distention and pain in the perineal area or discomfort in the small abdomen. It is recommended to have a routine examination of the prostate fluid to further confirm the diagnosis. Second, infections of the urinary tract, such as pyelonephritis, urethritis and cystitis, can appear as white cloudy urine. White flocculent sediment is seen in the urine, accompanied by urinary tract irritation symptoms such as frequent and urgent urination. Routine urine tests and urine culture tests are needed to further confirm the diagnosis. Thirdly, salt urine, mostly seen in urine with elevated concentration of components leading to supersaturated precipitation to form crystalline like substances, such as urate crystals or phosphate crystals, oxalate crystals, etc., usually without any urinary tract irritation symptoms. The crystals may disappear gradually after routine urinalysis and drinking more water and urinating more often.
