How to treat deviated nasal septum and enlarged nasal turbinates

The treatment of nasal septum deviation and turbinate hypertrophy mainly includes drug treatment and surgical treatment.
1. Pharmacological treatment: nasal spray glucocorticosteroid drugs can be used, such as nasal use of beclomethasone propionate nasal aerosol anti-inflammatory swelling; nasal mucosal vasoconstrictor with the use of nasal mucosal vasoconstrictor, such as hydroxymethazoline hydrochloride spray (short-term use, not more than a week) can make the nasal mucosa swelling. If there are allergic factors caused by bilateral nasal turbinate pale edema, need to take oral anti-allergic drugs such as loratadine.
2. Surgery: If medication is ineffective and nasal ventilation and drainage are severely impaired, surgery such as septal deviation correction and turbinate cryo-plasma ablation can be used to improve symptoms.
