Symptoms of hydronephrosis

Hydronephrosis refers to the narrowing of the lumen of the urinary tract anywhere from the kidney to the external urethra, and urinary tract obstruction can cause urine to accumulate in the kidney, resulting in dilatation of the renal pelvis and calyces. Its common symptoms are lumbar abdominal pain, lumbar mass.
1. Lumbar and abdominal pain: lumbar pain is the main symptom, in chronic obstruction, the symptoms are often not obvious, only manifested as a dull pain in the lumbar region; most of the acute obstruction can be more obvious lumbar pain or typical renal colic.
2. Lumbar mass: chronic obstruction can cause renal enlargement, and cystic mass can be detected in the abdomen in long-term obstruction.
