Blastocyst culture is not suitable for all patients, we only recommend it for some patients who are suitable for blastocyst culture, these patients mainly include: firstly, patients with good ovarian reserve who can obtain a high number of eggs; secondly, patients with repeated failure of embryo implantation to reduce the possibility of our failure due to embryo quality; thirdly, patients who have had ectopic pregnancy, for this group of patients, we recommend blastocyst culture to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy. Fourth, patients with scarred uterus, that is, those with a history of previous cesarean section or myomectomy, are recommended to undergo blastocyst culture to reduce the probability of such scarred pregnancy; fifth, patients who have undergone genetic diagnosis before implantation, because after blastocyst culture, the number of embryos is higher and a better pregnancy outcome is achieved.
