1. Double J tube: For small perforation of ureter, double J tube or ureteral catheter can be placed and kept for more than 2 weeks, which can usually heal.
2. Ureteroplasty: for ureteral injury is serious, or conservative treatment fails, should be early surgery to repair the damaged ureter, restore urine drainage, protect renal function.
3. Nephrolithotomy: it is suitable for patients with ureteral injury and accompanying other organ injury, and then repair the ureter when the situation improves.
