Symptoms of abdominal myofasciitis

Abdominal myofasciitis is usually caused by improper exercise posture and excessive exercise. Symptoms of abdominal myofasciitis may include pain and stiffness. 1. Pain: The location of the pain is usually not fixed because of the wide range of pain that occurs. The pain is aggravated when the abdomen is pressed with the fingers or palm of the hand. The pain will also be aggravated when localized activities are carried out. After mild and appropriate abdominal activities, the pain symptoms can be effectively relieved. However, after a long period of rest or inactivity, the pain will return with occasional activity. 2. Stiffness: After a night’s sleep, when you suddenly move your abdomen after waking up in the morning, you may experience stiffness of the abdominal muscles. Patients with abdominal myofasciitis, which is not serious, may just feel soreness and discomfort in the abdomen. If related symptoms occur, it is recommended to consult a doctor and follow medical advice.
