Symptoms of herpetic keratitis

The symptoms of herpetic keratitis are divided into systemic and ocular local symptoms, as follows: 1. Systemic symptoms are mainly herpes of the head and face, clinically manifested as herpes on the head, forehead, eyelids, periocular and facial skin, often accompanied by more intense pinprick-like pain; 2. Ocular local symptoms are mainly manifested as patients will experience photophobia, tearing, clouding of the corneal epithelium, and even iritis, causing pain in the eyes. Patients should have a reasonable diet, ensure adequate rest, and increase physical exercise to improve their immunity.
