Endometrial echoes are seen in each side of the uterus. At the level of the uterine fundus, there are two endometrial echoes in a lobulated or dumbbell-shaped shape. At the level of the cervix, two echoes of the cervical canal are seen in a cervix with a wide transverse diameter. At the level of the vagina, a wider vagina with two air lines is seen, and the two uteri are similar in size or one of them is larger.
