Can uterine adhesions be separated directly during hysteroscopy?

During the hysteroscopy, the adhesions are separated and a birth control ring is inserted into the uterine cavity to prevent the possibility of re-adhesions. After the procedure, oral supplementation with Glaxo is required for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, the main purpose of which is to promote the growth of the endometrium. If uterine adhesions are found, hysteroscopic surgery should be done early to separate the adhesions. If too much time has passed, the adhesions become fibrotic and this makes the separation difficult. It is recommended that if there is a history of uterine operation and clinically reduced menstruation or amenorrhea, it is likely that the uterine adhesions are present, and it is recommended that early surgery be given so that recovery can be facilitated as soon as possible.
