Sinus junction lesions are more likely to be cancerous, but need to be diagnosed under pathological examination.
Sinusoidal junction refers to the junction of gastric sinus and gastric body. Gastric sinus is a common site of gastric cancer, where the mucosa is prone to ulceration and erosion, which will induce tissue lesions, and the functional and structural junction itself is prone to malignant transformation of tissues to form cancer.
However, in order to diagnose whether malignant transformation occurs at the junction and its nature, it is necessary to extract the lesion tissue under gastroscopy and perform immunohistochemical staining to confirm the diagnosis.
Regardless of any new organism or lesion tissue, it needs to be diagnosed under pathological conditions to make a definitive diagnosis, and experience alone can only speculate that it is highly probable that it is a cancer, not a tumor.
