The manifestations of optic papillary edema mainly include blurred vision, visual field defects, color vision loss, paroxysmal black haze, tinnitus and so on. 1. Blurred vision. Early stage can be transient, transient blurring of vision, which can occur many times in one day, some can have no obvious cause, some can have blurring of vision due to change of position, which is a symptom of most of the patients. 2.
