The survival period of patients with advanced gastric cancer and spread is mostly 6-10 months, and if no treatment is taken or the treatment is not effective, the survival period is about 3-6 months. Advanced gastric cancer with spread, clinically known as stage IV gastric cancer, most commonly metastasized organs are liver and lung, followed by bone and brain metastases. If no systematic treatment is given and the patient chooses to give up, the survival period is very short.
