Is triple-negative breast cancer without lymphatic metastasis an early stage?

The absence of lymphatic metastases in triple-negative breast cancer does not fully represent an early stage.
Triple-negative breast cancer refers to breast cancer patients who are negative for estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor. However, triple-negative breast cancer is only a molecular typing of breast cancer, and it does not have an impact on the staging.
Early triple-negative breast cancer mainly includes triple-negative breast carcinoma in situ; the maximum diameter of the tumor of triple-negative breast cancer is less than or equal to 5cm, and the lesion does not have regional lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis. Therefore, the absence of lymph node metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer does not completely mean that it is early stage.
It is suggested that patients should follow the doctor’s instructions as early as possible, and the better the standardized application of comprehensive treatment, the better the overall efficacy and prognosis of breast cancer.
