Parents should come to the hospital as soon as possible for examination if: 1. the newborn baby is easily frightened, easily jerked up and frequently strained; 2. the baby is excessively quiet or cries all day long, rarely moves or has difficulty feeding; 3. the head is always tilted back after the full moon and cannot stand up; 5. the head cannot stand up after the full 3 months or cannot smile; 6. the hand makes a fist at 4 months or the thumb is inward; 7. the baby cannot reach out and grasp things at 5 months and cannot support the body with the forearm; 8. 8. 6 months old can’t stand on their toes; 9. 7 months old can’t say “Dad” and “Mom”; 10. 8 months old can’t sit alone, 10 months old can’t crawl, 1.5 years old can’t walk.
