Four normal spermatozoa out of 200 spermatozoa i.e. normal morphology spermatozoa is 2%, which is below the normal reference value range and abnormal.
Normal sperm percentage is usually calculated by observing 200 sperms under oil microscope, counting the sperms with normal morphology and calculating the reference value of ≥30%, i.e. ≥60 sperms of normal morphology are needed in 200 sperms, so when there are only 4 normal sperms in 200 sperms, it is not normal.
When there are too many abnormal sperm, it may be related to reproductive system infection, trauma, high temperature and other reasons, and may cause male infertility.
When there are too many abnormal sperms, the cause needs to be clarified under the guidance of a specialized doctor so that it can be treated actively.
